SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
All orders are made and packaged in our Sydney Studio. Please allow between 2-6 business days for dispatch. Both domestic and international orders include a tracking number.

For Australian domestic orders, we offer two shipping methods;
Standard shipping costs a flat rate of $10 and can take between 1 and 10 business days to reach Australia addresses.
Express Post shipping costs a flat rate of $15 and will arrive the following business day after dispatch. This is provided that the address is a part of the Australia Post Express Post Network (which covers 80% of Australian addresses).
Please note, domestic orders over $120 will receive free standard shipping, which is automatically processed during check out.

International shipping has a flat rate of $25. It can take between 9 and 20 business days to reach the destination. Please note that some countries may charge additional custom fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the receiver.

Please ensure that the shipping address is correct. In the event that the parcel does not reach the intended address due to an incorrect shipping address, further shipping fees will be calculated.

We are currently trying our best to use plastic free packaging. On occasion we will package in plastic but rest assured - this plastic has been passed on to us and has not been purchased new.
Return & Exchange Policy
As these jewels sit on the body, we do not offer change of mind exchange or refund due to hygiene reasons. If, by stroke of bad luck you find a piece faulty, please contact us and we will try our best to figure out the best outcome.
